I invite you to join me on a Sacred Journey, where Water serves as our metaphor and inspiration. Each day we will engage in embodied practices within a serene environment to awaken and deepen our connection to the element of Water.

*Throughout our week long retreat, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a variety of enriching experiences, including:

Sacred Fluid Body Yoga: Delve into specially curated yoga sessions designed to stimulate lymphatic flow, promoting detoxification, fluidity, vitality, and overall well-being.

Shaking Medicine: Explore the ancient practice of Shaking Medicine, a gentle yet powerful technique aimed at releasing tension, stagnation and trauma, restoring balance, and reconnecting with your body's innate wisdom.

Daily Rejuvenation by the Ocean: Find solace and serenity as you bask in the beauty of Yelapa's shores, allowing the calming embrace of the ocean to inspire deep relaxation, embodied fluidity, and renewal.

Healthy fresh locally sourced food to support your journey.

Time for rest, and exploration.
